Remarks:

According to Chinese standard GB 1499.2-2007,

for rebar HRB400:Tensile strength≥540Mpa,Yeild strength≥400Mpa;

for rebar HRB500:Tensile strength≥630Mpa,Yeild strength≥500Mpa.

The upset forging parallel thread connection technology can not only be used for the connection of HRB400,but also for other rebar, such as HRB500,those of whose tensile strength is higher than 700Mpa and so on.

Working principle:

1,First,we use Upset Forging Parallel Thread Machine (BDC-Auto1 Machine) to forge the end of rebar.

2,Second we use Parallel Thread Cutting Machine (LW-I500 Machine) to thread the ends of the rebar which have been forged.

3.Third,a coupler is used to link the two ends of rebar in parallel thread.
